Worst customer service ever! Very confrontational....Shades are fine but if there’s a concern with them.. they don’t want to hear it... they also charge a $75 fee to come out for repairs after I think it was a year.. regardless we were treated very badly not only by the female owner ( or so she said) but also by other staff, including those that make repairs..

Our garage shade was installed this morning! My husband and I are thrilled with it. It’s so easy to operate and the installers explained everything to us! They were also here for the installation on time!! No waiting!!

This review was originally written back on October 24th. One of the first things my wife and I had to do when we moved into our new Myrtle Beach home back in August was to get window treatments. The Hunter Douglas shades from shades & Shutter look terrific. Very neat. The valances even match our flooring-- just happened. Installer was very professional and accommodating.
The sun shades that were installed today are just what we were looking for! They will definitely keep the sun wind and rain off our enclosed porch area. We love the clean classic look of the shades. Thank you Shade and Shutter Expo!
