Shadaby is a gift! I worked with her when I purchased my co-op in 2017, and I continue to work with her as I’ve now turned it into a rental property. She is always prepared, and she works so hard for her clients. In 2017, I was not a slam dunk client from a financial perspective, but she worked tirelessly to find me the right place I could afford, in a co-op she believed I’d get into. I recommend her to everyone, and will never work with anyone else!

We had a great experience working with Shadaby. The process took longer than expected because of co-op and bank delays, but she stayed proactive the whole time—following up with the bank, dealing with the co-op board, and keeping everything on track. When our first renter backed out, she found a new one fast. Super reliable, professional, and went the extra mile.
