Shack and Shine went above and beyond. Josh came out and cleaned our windows one day. As soon as he finished 3 big windows facing the southeast storm direction, they got pelted with rain and dried all streaky. So I asked if he could come back and just re-do those 3 windows. S&S was so accommodating and scheduled Josh to pop out again. But not only did he re-do those 3 windows - he re-did ALL the windows!! He did such a great job - both times - and is the most polite and respectable young man. Customer service at S&S is great... read more
