EDIT - the Shack Shine that serves the Blaine area went out of business in early 2023, and the way they informed their clients was to take down our holiday lights and leave them in a plastic bin on our front steps. Needless to say I would now give them zero stars. We invested a lot of money into the strings of lights and now have no one to hang them. We used Shack Shine for Christmas lighting. They have since stopped doing this service, and I can see why. No responses, didn’t take lights down till April, and completely unprofessional communication. Do not use for any service.

Shack Shine installed my Christmas lights the past few years. Most years, we have had issues with installation (lights don’t turn on, wrong lights installed), not showing up on committed dates, etc…but the final product was good and switching costs were high, so I stuck with them. This year, they have been extremely unresponsive re: taking down the lights. I have texted, called, talked to national and it’s now March and my lights still aren’t down.
