My wife's BBQ ribs were as tough as nails. Ribs should be slow cooked or smoked for hours to make the meat fall off the bone. Her ribs looked and tasted like they were prepared in minutes and my wife said they were so tough that she'd never go back. She also said her cole slaw had absolutely no spices whatsoever in it and she even had to add her own salt and pepper, which she said did not even help the poor flavor. I love, love, love the BBQ salads and the sandwiches ain't half bad either.
Me and my family thoroughly enjoy eating at The Shack. The BBQ Sauce speaks for itself! Wish they had a location where I worked. But they are close to home. The personnel are always so kind.
Great food and service. the staff is real friendly and they always get my order correct!
