Kinda sucks- I really love the medical team there- the acupuncturist is awesome. The front of the house is horrendous! My student account has been overcharged (twice!), I was misquoted the price of a service (by 5xs!), and last week was asked for my ID again AFTER a service because the receptionist "felt" like it -(her literal words!!!) So if you really need the service- like I do go- but be prepared to deal with the unhelpful rude ass staff up front.
