I work retail and I understand just how important reviews are. That being said, I rarely leave them for one reason or another. The experience I had at Shabu the other night absolutely warrants one! I went there with a party of four and every dish that was placed in front of us was amazing. From the Green Beans to the Firecracker Shrimp to the Wagyu Beef Hot Rock, it just kept getting better! Chef Rob, Kevin and the rest of the staff was amazing. Shabu is a must do when you're in Park City!
Rarely does it happen that every plate we order as a table is a slam dunk, but that was certainly the case here. The green beans were fantastic, the firecracker shrimp are a must with just a hint of crunch. The hot rock waygu was melt-in-your-mouth perfection, and my Surf and Turf (the nightly special) was different and delicious! An absolute must-do if you're in Park City and you're looking for fabulous food that's just left-of-center!
Best firecracker shrimp! Waitress was great and the owner even greater!
