One of the best restaurants in which I have had the pleasure of dining. You are missing out if you don't go to this treasure while in Park City.

Shabu is one of THE best restaurants in Park City. The food is excellent and varied. The servers are so knowledgeable and are quite capable of helping you choose courses that will appeal to you. I go there every time I'm back in town. Love it!
