Not sure if Shabri properties ordered that we at 41 Rykert St in St. Catharines (condo) get all new windows but my windows are in perfect condition. If the board member ordered this they should be let go for their incompetence. All they did to notify us was put a letter on entrance doors to move items away from your window and they did this on a Friday and installation begins Monday. Why not mail a letter or put a letter under the owners door. Remember the board members vote on what they think needs doing and they make the f... read more

New management at 41 Rykert St and this management is horrible. They do not reply back. Condo is unclean and looks like a dump but why would they care?, as long as they get their cash. SAD
Terrible. Care less management.
