My mom paid to have a beautiful arrangement sent to me for my confirmation and this company delivered one to my doorstep that was less than half the size it should've been, had cheaper flowers and was not even similar. They basically ripped her off. My family is upset and they had to get a refund from teleflora.

I ordered flowers for my Mom. Two of the flowers were already dead and others looked old the first day. I called Shaboo and asked them to replace the flowers. They refused and were unbelievably rude. This was about 5 years ago but I will never forget how rude they were and I tell everyone I know to avoid Shaboo.

I have been buying flowers from this sore for years and many of my friends do as well. We have had nothing but the best, the owner is very friendly and cooperative. They listen to what you want and provide it.

I ordered flowers online for my daughter's birthday. She sent me pictures of the flowers. I was horrified!! They looked nothing like the photo online and I even ordered the upgrade! They were dark colors and nothing close to what I had ordered. When I called the florist to let them know, they were very rude and said that my call was a waist of their time! Then... Hung up on me!! I paid over $50. for an arrangement that looked like someone randomly picked a few flowers out of someone's yard. I wonder how they stay in business... read more

I HAD FORGOTTEN OUR ANNIVERSARY FLOWERS AND ALL THE FLORISTS WERE CLOSED. I CALLED SHABOO AND THEY OPENED THE SHOP FOR ME ON SUNDAY. THEY MADE ME THE PRETTIEST ROSE ARRANGEMENT. I'M FOREVER GRATEFUL AND WILL USE YOU AGAIN.

i gave this shop 2 chances to make an order right and both times they failed! keep my money! dealing with you is not worth a refund! also filed a complaint with the BBB!!!!!
