RecommendedHad a fun time with friends picking out teas. In love with the Vedic chai and Allergy blend. Excited to make another visit and try more. Staff was super helpful and friendly.
Amazing selection of teas and super friendly staff!! I just ordered 3 types of tea and they were ready for pickup at Frederick Coffee Company the next day. My order even came with a surprise free sample and a handwritten thank you note on my receipt!
I was impressed by the huge selection of teas and by the set up they have for smelling all of the different varieties. It made it super easy to smell everything I wanted to without bugging an employee constantly! They also have a bunch of excellent tea making supplies and cool teapots. Everything was very affordable and the building is also neat. 10/10 wish I didn’t live 2 hours away!
Hopefully they restock their collection of Vermont Chocolates from Lake Champlain Chocolate Co. soon.
the atmosphere was so welcoming and inviting, the selection was quite large, the prices were very fair, and they have many cute tea cups, tea pots, plates for the tea cups, etc. they explained the process of how they do things and I loved every bit of my experience
I have shared so many great experiences with my girlfriend grabbing tea here! The regular staff is so friendly and welcoming. The vast tea selection is overwhelming, but the staff always makes great recommendations. However one recent experience where another employee was scolding other employees over my conversation was uncomfortable and unwelcoming. As a customer it felt inappropriate, and belittling. I have not seen that man since, and it was an irregular experience for us.
This is a great place. They have a bewildering variety of teas but the friendly staff are always there to describe and explain them. I feel like I learn something every time I go there. They have great gifts too.
Outstanding selection of Teas! Such cute merchandise and the best honey spoons! Great atmosphere and wonderful service! It's a must for me when in Frederick visiting my sister, to have a lovely cup of tea!
Excellent tea and friendly staff! There is a wide selection of loose teas that will delight your taste buds and round out your day. The staff is amazing and always make me feel welcome. Try the Moroccan Mint tea!
