Monica Moran the property manager is very unprofessional. As I was trying to explain the fees they were trying to charge me when I stayed there previously, she hung up in my face. I will be reporting her and this management to the BBB. Pinnacle management is a terrible company and if anyone lives here, they will understand. I lived here for 6 years and every since they took over three years ago, everything has went down hill. They can’t even keep people in managment because of it.
