Tri-State RV is hands-down the best service site we have ever used. We are tasked to maintain a 1967 vintage camper that travels the country regularly and we recently brought it in to Tri-State for a handful of updates and maintenance issues. The owners and staff were not only responsive and helpful, they were fast, reasonably priced and incredibly efficient. Long story short. My water pumped failed day 2 into our cross country trip. After numerous rv repair shops told me they are “over booked” and refused to help out I eventually called Tri State. The lady who answered the phone was awesome. She literally said we have that pump here come get it and you can absolutely install it it’s very easy. I popped in the part was held on the side for me.
