Had a small leak and was looking for a few replacement boards in kitchen for a house purchased with engineered hardwood. I have no idea where original owners purchased the boards but they are pretty! Photo attached. I am stressed as it is to be dealing with this and having no luck. The lady in the office seemed to be immediately inconvenienced by my presence today and when I showed her my sample of what I needed, promptly and arrogantly said that is Home Depot. -0 if I could give it. We were so pleased with our experience from start to finish! Ben, our sales representative, was so friendly and knowledgeable as he helped us pick the perfect carpet! He helped ensure we were able to stay in budget, too. We had to push our installation date out due to some unforeseen circumstances but Ben was super accommodating!
