Came here for lunch on a Saturday and wish I could get my money back. Ordered a grilled cheese on rye for $9.99, add ham for a $4.99 upcharge. My sandwich came out with literally one slice of American cheese, barely melted, and one slice of the thinnest lunch meat style ham a human could possibly cut - one thin slice of lunch meat for $4.99 on top of the already expensive $10 grilled cheese.
