They’re the BEST! I love the ability to have a monthly subscription and have my car washed multiple times throughout the month. My car is always nice and clean.

Here we go again. One idiot holding up 10-15 cars for 18-20 minutes. This isn't hard. Make one lane for subscribers. One lane for one time or new customers. Have them pull up whole you f around with the paperwork. No need to hold up your yearly subscribed customers with this nonsense. Have seen it mentioned many times. How have you not gotten this yet?
You turned off the vacuums for people to clean during the off hours and when you come during the the day the vacuums do not work well. I would gladly pay for working strong vacuums vs free vacuums that don't work well (clogged?), the vacuums also cause irritation because they only run for 45 seconds so you have to climb out the car repeatedly to re start them, and both change machines are broken. This place has gone down hill.

Went to the Westlake location today! The line wasn’t bad and moved quickly!
Only complaint is the line is always long! But that's because it's the best car wash around and worth the wait!
