Glen was more than helpful as I contacted him for an install just a week and a half before Christmas as my daughter was coming to stay. He pointed out that at that time there was little possibility as everyone wanted an install before Christmas. He gave me the option of waiting for a cancellation which luckily came about. Dave came along with the unit and, although being in the full afternoon sun, stayed the distance and got the unit installed. Service above and beyond I think.
