So I have a fractured knee cap was told in er I needed surgery I'm 64 no insurance can't work no orthopedic will see me no money also called back er for help they told me call Ortho in Tifton or Valdosta ...guess that absolves them there conscious is clear meantime my knee still fractured
My family and I had a great experience during our visit to the ER. This is the only hospital I have been to where you get in with absolutely no wait. Dr. Munoz was very professional and knowledgeable. He was great with my daughter. He was able to determine a diagnosis quickly, provided the needed medication while we were there and prescribed all of the medications we needed for when we got home. The receptionist and nurse were very kind. They all made a very concerning situation so much easier!
I would like to thank everyone for treating my child with so much care . My overall experience was 10/10 . The whole process was quick and fast . Nurse Sarah was so sweet and delicate with my son and she really listened to my concerns . I also would like to thank the doctor as well he assured me that everything will be okay and was so nice and can’t forget about rob he was so nice as well .
Had to take my sister to the ER for an allergic reaction to medication . We were in and out in less than 2 hours. The PA Treasure, took all precautions and made sure she was better before we left. Her nurse was sweet and caring and gave us a lot of good info.
