Everyone was very nice and helpful. I will definitely use the Berrien Campus again.
Given the circumstances, an excellent experience. The staff was personable, helpful and eager to assist our patient. Served water, brought blankets, &c. The PA, Mr. Munroz, was throughly professional, knowledgeable. He made sure that we understood what our next steps should be. We are grateful to have an ER of this quality.
