Elliot reply my phone and make the pay me for 483 Selsey Drive property balance. I did the exterior stucco job for Elliot Whyte, the director at SGI Realty Group. It has been two years, and he has not paid my $10,000 remaining balance, he is not picking up his phone, and not replying to my messages. You cannot run from me, Elliot! My advice is that if this guy is managing this SGI group, you guys should stay away from this guy and company
Elliot Whyte has been making life difficult for a while neighborhood through his mismanagement of a flip at 59 Shirley Street for over a year and one thing after another has come up with multiple complaints to the city by multiple neighbours; damage to adjacent buildings, trespassing, causing a gas leak, leaving open cavities causing raccoons and squirrels to enter Neighbor’s homes requiring removal and multi house flea spraying.
