Contractors beware. My experience with SGI Realty Group involved poor coordination, long response gaps when decisions were needed, and a payment dispute instead of a structured close-out. Elliot Whyte was the point of contact and was difficult to reach for timely approvals and site coordination. Proceed only with strict written scope, change orders, and milestone payments. Based on my experience, I would not work with this client again.
Contractors and trades should proceed with extreme caution when working with SGI Realty Group. In my experience, communication and project coordination were inconsistent, and the relationship escalated into a payment dispute instead of being handled through a normal close-out process. Elliot Whyte was the primary point of contact, but it was difficult to get timely responses or on-site coordination when approvals/decisions were required. Scam allert everyone. I did photography for Elliot on his project and never got paid after that..
Avoid this company specially Elliot as much as you can they will use your work and cannot pay you or charged back later. My experience with this company from start to end was horrible and would recommend everybody to save themselves.
Renovation contractors be careful with this company SGI Realty group. Elliot Whyte would find you from Facebook and start negotiating a job on the extreme, and venue visit this job site, the sites are locked and Elliot won’t answer for a couple of hours and later he would give you the lock code when you already had left. So you without looking at the job have to price it. Once Elliot starts negotiating the job on big numbers he would give you a price in which he would say that he wanna pay everything in closing of taxes and ... read more

Contractors, home owners, trades and techs BE AWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I do not recommend doing business with Elliot Whyte at this company and as a manager at AIO Asset Consulting LTD. I worked with him as an HVAC contractor across multiple sites, and the experience was consistently high-risk due to poor coordination, scope expansion, design responsibility being pushed onto the contractor, and disputes being escalated through pressure tactics instead of proper documentation.
