This place is so unprofessional, incompetent, borderline unethical, it’s unbelievable they are still in business. I would recommend you find a high school kid to manage your property for you before them!!

I saw the 1 star review and have to say that I had a very different experience. The group was responsive and helpful while they were managing my property. I sold it while under SGI management, and they were great throughout that process as well. I never had any trouble getting documents from them. and they worked well with the realtors.

If I could rate them without any stars, I would. This company is awful! Thankfully after a year of them managing our rental property, we were able to terminate our contract (with an expense, of course) and manage our property ourselves. As for the year they did manage our property, we took care of all issues ourselves. Which begs the question, “What were we paying them for, anyway?” However, the instance that caused us to terminate our contract with them was one that cost our family $850.00. Honest review: If I could give zero stars I would. This place is an unorganized, incompetent and rude. As a property management company they seem to be doing okay but the experience for people looking to rent one of these properties is an absolute joke. I called and filled out an application, received no confirmation, no call back, no email and nothing from the property.
