I recall one of their dental assistants who appears(ed) to be of long-standing is/was absolutely amazing: great with both adults and kids and above all empathetic, courteous, very well-spoken and most professional. I used to accompany my very elderly and frail aunt (whose children live abroad) and on occasion watched the DA interact with folk in the Reception. She always came across as a very even-tempered, mature individual.
I’ve been a patient at SGH dental for 15 years. I’ve always had a great experience and the staff are all very kind. I would highly recommend this dental office.
I receive dental care from Dr Chao for over 30 yrs. She is caring, friendly and thorough. She and her team also take care of my family. They are friendly and professional.
