Great location, excellent staff, and underground parking. What more do you need? Usually cannot hear your neighbors unless their being loud in the hallways. One of the more reasonable priced apartments around for what all is included.

You can't find a better location in North Fargo than SGC. Walking distance to restaurants, FargoDome, museums, etc. SGC has a unique vibe with polished concrete floors and a loft like feel. The management is responsive, fun and care about their tenants! You'll love it there!
The SGC team is always so helpful and friendly! They do a great job managing the apartments and are always quick to assist if needed. The apartments are beautiful as well!
