RecommendedSGC homes really are unique!!! Love the concrete floors so much! The staff is prompt and the property is maintained perfectly!!!
We've been living here for several years and we love it! There are so many great things about SGC! Having underground parking is so convenient, especially during the winter. Plus there's an elevator and grocery carts and luggage carts that make transporting items easy without having to use the stairs. And having a washer and dryer in your unit means that you don't need to save your quarters for the laundromat! We would definitely recommend SCG Apartments to anyone!
I have had a great time living in SGC! Everyone who visits love the interior of my apartment and are very impressed with the cleanliness of the building overall. The staff and building parties have been fun!! Thanks for all you guys do!
Great location, excellent staff, and underground parking. What more do you need? Usually cannot hear your neighbors unless their being loud in the hallways. One of the more reasonable priced apartments around for what all is included.

You can't find a better location in North Fargo than SGC. Walking distance to restaurants, FargoDome, museums, etc. SGC has a unique vibe with polished concrete floors and a loft like feel. The management is responsive, fun and care about their tenants! You'll love it there!
