RecommendedSGC homes really are unique!!! Love the concrete floors so much! The staff is prompt and the property is maintained perfectly!!!
RecommendedAmazing staff, building, and amenities. I absolutely love the building and having everything right where I am! The staff is so friendly and always there to help out! They definitely go out of their way for you! They building is always so clean and well taken care of! Thank you for all that you do in keeping a nice, safe, clean place to live!
They were nice up until the point of touring they said that me and my boyfriend and friend would have to look at a 3 bedroom instead of 2 bedroom because we are all “not related and their property rules are non related people each need a room.” which a 3 bedroom is more out of our price range. I’ve lived with my boyfriend for over a year and we planned to pay split 3 ways. I do not recommend U32 if your a couple.
If you want to save money, do not move out. You will be charged for the smallest things from moving out including a full clean for $300 after I cleaned the place from top to bottom.

RecommendedWe've been living here for several years and we love it! There are so many great things about SGC! Having underground parking is so convenient, especially during the winter. Plus there's an elevator and grocery carts and luggage carts that make transporting items easy without having to use the stairs. And having a washer and dryer in your unit means that you don't need to save your quarters for the laundromat! We would definitely recommend SCG Apartments to anyone!

Ok if you really want to love where you live then U32 is the place for you. Every amenity under the sun, modern and on-trend design, plus super cool and fun events to help you get to know your neighbors. If you are looking for a place in the North Fargo area, you have to check these out.
