Bad services they don't care of customers.🤬🤬🤬
Every piece of equipment I’ve received from them breaks. I need oxygen to live. They have a contract with my medical group and I have to wonder who is getting a kick back, they just have old shoddy equipment!

This company is a joke very unprofessional with very very pooooor customer service! Save yourself some time and money and go elsewhere! We are calling our insurance to request another vendor after using them for years since we didn't have any option at the time when we moved to orange county ca. Guys, try Shield Healthcare, we had great experience with them. I'm trying to get them back.
They over charge and then I have to get the insurance company to force them to refund. They never get my supplies on time, there are always lapses.
I would not reccommend this company if I was paid too. They have had my wheelchair for 10 months everytime they say its fixed its not. I hit reverse and it went full speed forward???? Now cannot even get a person to talk to to let me know how do I get from the bathroom to the bed!!!!
I wouldn't even give them one star. They don't know what speedy delivery is. I can't get my respiratory supplies from them in less than 14 days, more often longer. And so far, in the 7 months since my health care switched to them, they have failed at least twice, if not more often, to submit my order for approval. They should have a thumbs down icon up as well.
I have a problem with the website. Can’t pay co-pays as it says unsecure and no link for patient portal. Had to mail a check unfortunately. Please take patient portal off of your invoices. Be careful if you are a customer paying online.
