We had a very good experience. Roof leak source was found and corrected. Helped us with replacing wood rot trim and cracked exterior siding. Repainted all the areas affected.

I spoke with Doug regarding a dry rot repair I wanted to complete before selling my home. He was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely thorough in explaining my options. I am so happy with SFW construction I had a previous nightmare installation of windows from another company and unfortunately, they subcontract it out and two times they were put in incorrectly and they ruined my siding in the front of the house and in the back. Fortunately SFW came and professionally installed the windows and went Beyond my expectations. The windows are in properly now there is no draft, I feel like my home is secure. Hung mirrors perfectly. The hanging of the mirrors required a French cleat system. In the case of the bathroom mirror the installation required an additional level of expertise since the anchors went through tile. Care had to be taken not to damage the tile. Since the frame of the mirror was custom made the hanging of it required additional expertise and creativity. I would like to give a special thanks to Mike and his colleague (forgot his name)
