They have several issues with bed bugs , Roaches, and mice. 634 15th st is the worst place you can live period. I dont know about the other building but if I were you I would RUN FAST!!!!!
So we lived in a building administrated by this company for 2 years. The first of which we lived in a studio and the second in a 2-bedroom. Always paid rent and fees on time, no problem, and they totalized around 53K in total. We moved out of state in June 2020. Today, 12/09/2020, our guarantor forwarded us an email that the accounting department sent him saying our names were gonna be sent to collections because of a 500 dollar fee we didn't pay from the transition from the studio to the 2bedroom. Start showing respect for their tenants, rather than doing the bare minimum and slapdash repairs/maintenance, while charging market premium rates for rental units.
I can't imagine renting property from anyone other than this organization. They are the sole reason that I had a decent place to live and am prospering today. Check them out and don't limit yourself to not asking the important questions. They can't fix what they don't know.
These people are pure trash. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. They're going to try and scam you and screw you over every chance they get. They charged $923 for cleaning and painting after we did BOTH of those things. We had a friend who was a professional painter help, we didnt just Mickey Mouse the job. After we fonished the building manager said it was good and he'd makensure we werent over charged.
