They have several issues with bed bugs , Roaches, and mice. 634 15th st is the worst place you can live period. I dont know about the other building but if I were you I would RUN FAST!!!!!
So we lived in a building administrated by this company for 2 years. The first of which we lived in a studio and the second in a 2-bedroom. Always paid rent and fees on time, no problem, and they totalized around 53K in total. We moved out of state in June 2020. Today, 12/09/2020, our guarantor forwarded us an email that the accounting department sent him saying our names were gonna be sent to collections because of a 500 dollar fee we didn't pay from the transition from the studio to the 2bedroom. I can't imagine renting property from anyone other than this organization. They are the sole reason that I had a decent place to live and am prospering today. Check them out and don't limit yourself to not asking the important questions. They can't fix what they don't know.
