As someone said in a previous review the perfect description for this salon’s quality and customer service is “meh”. Like the absolute minimum effort that your nails will look fine but in the process you must endure the following: - half-hearted cuticle clean up - half-hearted massage, if you insist on still going here just do the express mani or pedi and at least then you don’t have to suffer the massage and it’s cheaper - no soaking for your hands it’s almost like a dry manicure and so I guess maybe the bowl soaking is a g... read more

I asked for them specifically not to cut any of my cuticles because it would grow ugly and itch. But she still cut them. I paid $90 for used filer and buffer and likely uncleaned tools. My toe nails are slanted, she buffed my nail bed using the harsh side of the buffer that’s meant for acrylic. My assumption is she used the harsh side of the nail buffer on my nail bed because she didn’t want to “waste” the buffer. Can we talk about how many layers she painted the pink? Have gone twice and gotten meh service. I thought the first visit was just a bad day but went again today and it was the same vibe. Employees aren’t friendly and pretty inconsistent. Some clients were offered drinks others nothing. Actual pedicure was pretty rough. Gel manicure was better.
