Update: After what was supposed to be 2 weeks, now almost 6 weeks I finally received the pendant I ordered. October 18th, I visited the store in person bought a necklace and 2 pendants. One of the pendants had to be ordered. I was quoted 2 weeks. November 7th, after not receiving any responses to my phone calls or emails asking for a tracking number or the status of my order I reached out to Pier39.
