Update: After what was supposed to be 2 weeks, now almost 6 weeks I finally received the pendant I ordered. October 18th, I visited the store in person bought a necklace and 2 pendants. One of the pendants had to be ordered. I was quoted 2 weeks. November 7th, after not receiving any responses to my phone calls or emails asking for a tracking number or the status of my order I reached out to Pier39. Robert I have tried contacting you via phone and email and you have not responded. I am concerned I may never get the pendant that I paid for that you promised would be shipped in 2 weeks. You have my contact information please call.
The staff that work here are extremely rude. And not helpful. They treated me terrible don’t shop here! There this Asian women with glasses working there. Who is definitely racist and always rude to everyone she encounters. Run away from this place
One of the employees here was rude to someone i knew who was trying to shop because of their occupation. Unprofessional.
