Outdoor wedding venue, the food was good, yet the service was horrible. At a formal wedding in Miami, SF caterer did not even provide water to the guests seated at the tables. The bar line was 30 minutes long for water! The servers lacked knowledge as to what food they were serving, the lacked proper serving etiquette, and obviously did not have any training on how to serve a formal event. I been requesting a expexting a refund since July 2017 due to double charge in the amount of $1,054 for a corporate lunch, I contacted Roberto the owner many times and he said he will process the refund and send confirmation but never did.
SF Catering is absolutely the BEST! Roberto and his team could not be more professional and attentive to us. Everything about our wedding came out PERFECT... from the food, to the decorations, to the music, etc. We were very happy with the service and loved how Roberto worked with us to tailor a complete wedding package. Great customer service, excellent food, and amazing prices. We will definitely use them again for future events!
