Decided to give SF Carwash another try as of last year they scratched my car. What a mistake. I decided to go today as I had a free voucher. I get it it's free but I don't believe you should be treated the way I was today. Simply call to find out what the different wash packages are and what the differences are in the girl who answer the phone was like I don't know it's not my job and I only deal with the money we're on to ask if they have a website so I can find out that information I don't know that either its worth a try looking didn't seem to know anything about what she was doing besides taking people's money at the counter
The worst car wash ever! My dealership have me a free car wash to this place, so I went. Lisa (the manager) was nasty, unprofessional and disrespectful. Charged me $13 for $3 tire shine. When I questioned it she sighed heavily and started tapping her nails on the desk. I asked if there was a problem she simply rolled her eyes at me. If I could give "negative stars", this outfit would deserve a -5. Outside right mirror was smashed while in for a "complete exterior restoration". Belligerent Manager / Owner. Never again. Wonder what the filing fees for Small Claims is?
HORRIBLE PLACE ... Broke my car seat and it cost me $1100 to fix and then threatened to call the cops on me when I asked for their insurance information. Rude owner with incompetent employees.
This was the worst car wash I ever got. I did more vacuuming and wiping down the outside when I got home then the employees did. They messed up mirrors and didn't put them back. My seats were all messed up when I got in. Whrn you walked into the building it smelt like someone had been smoking all day. I will never go back. I would rather freeze and detail my car then to pay them anything.
