Great service
Got the letter for my THC just fine. However, when filling out the form I turned the paper over only to find the previous 25 patients names, phone numbers, and other personal details. Seems they reuse paper for cost savings. This was a direct violation of HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality. I wouldn't be surprised if they share your information with local law enforcement - they shared your information with me.
