I had to wait 45 minutes for my appointment. After I met Dr. Seysan as my primary care physician (appointed by my insurance company) I knew she was incompetent. She didn't know I was a doctor, and she tried to take me down the rabbit hole. I was in extreme pain and wanted to go to a pain specialist for care, Due to some conditions I have and noted in my paperwork, she still tried to give me a medication that I was allergic to. By far the worst experience with any doctor I've ever had in my entire life. I went in for an upper respiratory infection and she walked in the room - didn't even examine me and told me my problem is I have acid reflux. WTF who does that? I rarely have any kind of heartburn - she said acid reflux caused my upper respiratory infection and asthma - I asked her if it was possible to have acid reflux at 5 years old because that's when I was diagnosed with asthma - she just gave me a blank stare then told me I need an upper GI X-... read more

When I booked my appointment I had a really uneasy feeling because the lady was SO rude! I went anyways and sure enough both women at the front were rude...one of them tried to make up for it but first impressions always stick. When I met the doctor I thought she was nice enough, a bit pushy but nice. The staff didn't book me for the correct procedure and the doctor got on me for it! My first impression of the office was "wow the front desk girl (Amy) is really rude and must hate life." The wait was not bad probably because Dr. Seysan is in my opinion a bad doctor. She is really loud she did not listen to what I said and over prescribes meds. Dr. Seysan prescribed me an antidepressant because I said I may have a glass of wine with dinner most nights.
