I recently bought a car from Seymour’s on Tudor and honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience. I was stuck at work and really needed the car urgently, and Jon, the owner, went above and beyond by coming in at 8:30pm on a Monday night just so I could finalise everything and drive it home. After visiting 5 other car yards and only being approached by 1, I went to Seymour’s as one of the few recommendations I received, I was delighted whey I was greeted the second I stepped foot in their yard! Customer service was beyond what I expected from a car salesman!! Jon has a loyal customer in me for all my future car purchases!! I definitely would recommend to anyone, especially for people who have never bought through a dealership before! Keep up the amazing work guys!!
Bought a 2020 white dual cab Hilux with low kms and couldn’t be happier. The car presents like new, drives perfectly, and was exactly as described, no surprises (which is rare in the used car world!). The whole process was smooth, straightforward and hassle free. Honest communication, no pressure, and everything handled professionally from start to finish. If this is the standard they operate at, I might have to start upgrading the rest of the fleet. Highly recommend.
