Purchased two leaf pickup trailers at auction. Scheduled pickup time was firm. Said they were ready but when we arrived they had to scramble to find the titles and the hydraulic jacks did not work and pigtails were too short to connect. We had to go for a 20 ton bottle jack to lift into our hitch. Lights on one were non functional and had to go buy mag lights. Just over 4 hours preparing for 150 mile trip home on trailers that were supposedly ready to go.
The staff is great about calling you back to survey the problem and fix it immediately
I'm grateful to have this shred service in town.
