Did you feel that your waiting time was acceptable? Absolutely Did the waiting room smell clean? Yes Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, they were ready for me right after I arrived Did you feel safe in this psychiatrist's care? Absolutely! I knew I was being cared for by an expert! Does this psychiatrist remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Definitely! They always remember me and make me feel important!

Did this psychiatrist have reasonable prices? Absolutely! Did this psychiatrist leave you unattended for an extended period of time? Not at all! The provider was always present and attentive Was this psychiatrist's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Did this psychiatrist ever condone negative behavior? Not at all. I didn't get past the telephone representative who answered my call. They could work on improving their level of initial customer service here. It wasn't the worst that I have seen, but overall I was left unimpressed. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. I am not going to refer my family and friends here. Not only did they ignore my questions, they rushed me off the phone and hurried any answers.

They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field? Yes, they were informing me of new advancements that were extremely recent Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes! It was effortless! Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Yes, they were sympathetic and caring Was the waiting area spacious? Yes

Yes, it was in a safe enough neighborhood Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Yes, I always enjoy my appointments Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? Not one bit! I felt much better when I left!

Yes, they treat their staff with respect Was this psychiatrist friendly? Yes Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? Yes, they made sure I had all the information I needed to make a decision
