Just received my new Cuetec cue. I ordered it Friday with a tip upgrade. Got it just in time to use tonight in league.
I've purchased a good many things from these folks. case, break cue, playing cue,.... there customer service is Excellent. prices are great. and shipping was very fast. Highly Recommend them.
I've recently ordered two cues from Seyberts. Both cue were fine apart from the tips. I've ordered some Kamui M tips but was given Kamui H instead. When I told the people at Seyberts, they said that those were definite Kamui M tips. I've been using Kamui M tips for years and so I know how it feels and plays out. The tips I receive were hard and each time I hit the cue ball, you could here the hard hit sound.
