Seyberts is a clear scam. Zero communication skills, zero inventory management, zero customer service. They charged my credit card and took two days to acknowledge they had no intention to fulfill my order. CLEVER to wait until Black Friday was over so you screwed me into paying full price. Malicious incompetence at its finest. Don't use this site.
I ordered a schon cue. I was told it was backordered and would be 2-3 weeks. After 3 weeks I was told another 2-3 weeks. I was not happy. They let me upgrade to cue they had in stock. The one I liked was a significant difference. They let me have it for the original price I paid. Excellent customer service. Thanks again....
