Last two orders have been spot on and super fast shipping. Ordered a cue on Sunday got it Tuesday and this last order ordered Thanksgiving and it was delivered today. Only have ever had one issue where something leaked in shipping and they fixed it super quickly. Highly recommend this place to anyone needing any pool gear.

I ordered a new 3x5 cue case came in fast! Great quality it has a lifetime warranty that hopefully I will never have to use but if I have to well see how good the customer service is I purchased local for a reason! Support local stores!
