They are the most hateful people I have ever interacted with. My wife called to see if they carried a certain brand of thread, and she said they were very unpleasant on the phone. I went to the store today to give them a chance, and it was a mistake. Shame on me for wanting to purchase items from a local business and forcing the hateful woman to answer a question. Bought a vacuum cleaner and then I had health and financial issues. Vacuum still in box . They will not refund my money. Very sad that a business is not willing during this difficult time to help. NEVER SHOP HERE
They are so rude! No greeting or smiles or nothing upon entering the store, I have been here twice and the two ladies in there act like they can’t talk, need some friendly people in there if they wanna sell more than sewing machines!
RecommendedIt has sewing machines, beautiful fabrics, thread, patterns, batting, needles, everything a person could want for sewing. In addition, it has vacuums, bags and etc. The people are friendly and very helpful. I love everything about this place.
