This shop does more than say they have customer service. They deliver! If I could leave 10 stars on this review, I would. I called and spoke to Allison at this shop yesterday to ask about a repair I thought was needed on my new Brother SE 2000. I bought the machine online through a store in North Alabama. Once again, this family of store has delighted me. They have great customer service, and they will do a great job with your machine maint/repairs quickly. I had ordered a pair of parts. One was in stock, and I picked it up. Honestly, I'd nearly forgotten about the second one, and a sweet and lovely young lady went out of her way, called me, and arranged to have it shipped to me.
I went in to see about having a servo motor put on my machine, and was told they didn't have time for my work. I am a new business in the county, and was going to be buying thread, parts ,and service's from her. She was very hateful and rude. I will be doing my business elsewhere.
Fraudulently lists embroidery machines on eBay then tries to upsell you and says the machine you are interested in already sold. Fake listing is still up weeks later.
