Beteena was AMAZING and extremely thorough. I bought my wedding dress as a sample off the rack and she worked her magic to have it look like it was made for me. I also probably waited a little too long to find a seamstress and she was able to get me in for appointments pretty much right away. The appointments were also extremely easy and she listened and made adjustments and suggestions to everything I mentioned or asked about. I visited Beteena for alterations on my wedding dress, which I had purchased off the rack and needed taken out. My mom even traveled from Minnesota to join me for the appointment. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. Beteena expressed that I should never have bought the dress and suggested I resell it, even though I told her I paid $4,500 for it.
