THE WORST. The guy shows up to clean a line that serves our neighborhood and when he is done there is literally piles of human waste and toilet paper piled in my yard. When confronted he states it's not his concern and packs his stuff and leaves. I ended up calling the Larimer County Health Dept. and they are going to do what ever they need to do.
