There was a clogged sewer trap (hard grease causing a main line stoppage) in our house, this caused sewer material spillage - which was very alarming (smell was very foul and large amount). Laser is an honest, reliable, straightforward professional who did the job effectively and efficiently clearing the line to make sure blockage is gone. No frills, no over selling, no hyping- he offers fair, reasonably priced service/s. I highly recommended with 5 stars overall.
I needed an emergency plumber on a Sunday evening while it was snowing out — no easy task, but Louis came out within an hour of contacting him. He was efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. It was reassuring and helpful how he explained things to me as he fixed them. Would highly recommend!
