We are very disappointed in both the work and the customer service from Sewer Lines Only and would not recommend them to anyone. After paying $19,000 we have had three sinkholes in our yard after they replaced our main line in January because it seems that they do not know how to backfill a trench properly. When I called the first time in May to have them come back out and fix the first sinkhole, it caught my attention when I was told that they were very busy with a bunch of sinkholes at this time of year because of the rain... read more
Kosta was my saving angel. Had AAA send 2 different dudes, one being their sewer manager, & they both could not fix my sewer issue & gave me a $45K estimate & told me I couldn't use any of my appliances, sinks, toilets, or even shower. Kosta come & he scoped my line clean & solved my problem for only $350! I do have a crack in my line, but it doesn't need to be replaced immediately & that estimate is $12K, which is far less than AAA. THANK YOU KOSTA!!!!
We were very fortunate and happy we worked with Cameron at Sewer Lines Only. He is professional, knowledgeable and very responsive to customer needs. We had a few glitches once our job was started and Cameron was instrumental to resolve the issues. A true measure of a company is how they resolve problems that arise and we are very satisfied with Cameron’s work ethic and the work completed by Sewer Lines Only.
Sewer lines only was a life saver! Jose and his team were friendly, prompt, very reasonable in price, and went above and beyond to ensure high quality work was completed. They replaced our curb stop box and interior water shut off valves.
All the stuff are so nice and I enjoy working with you especially before big holiday they fit it in schedule (city had dead line...very uniq situation). Team Jose was great team. Thank you.
