impossible to reach anyone by telephone. It is the most poorly run medical clinic I've ever experienced in my life and it remains this way for over 20 years and never changes
My first experience with Sewells Pharmacy has been terrible. I’ve been trying for 2 days and HOURS on end to reach a person at the pharmacy. I have basic questions about a new prescription and if it’s been received or being processed. How they can get away with such low standards of telephone services, I will never understand. People need to have someone to talk to when they have a question. We can’t just all drive up there to ask a question and then be told to come back or wait hours. Military medical needs an overhaul.
