The minute we walked in the attatudes of management was so disrespectful we just walked out and drove to plano and found the right car and the best folks to work with .

Bad experience and not sure why they are the best in customer service I guess that's was years ago because this is not the case as they only respon to the highest ratings and not the one stars at all😞

The experience was the worst, and this was our first purchase from this Lexus dealership, with four purchased from another dealership prior to this. We took the chance on Sewell since they advertise that they wrote the book on customer service. We purchased the RX450h on 12/28/2023, with the potential for a second vehicle. When we went to take delivery of our vehicle, they had run it through the standard car wash and it looked like they had basically thrown degreaser on the tires. Pathetic customer service. 7 phone calls total hold of 30 minutes to get a simple answer. Learned later that half their managers were in so training class obviously NOT a customer service class this on Friday afternoon. Terribly disappointed in Sewell Lexus
