Service Department: I felt embarrassed, disappointed and confused!!! I heard all these commercials talk about how different the experience is at Sewell, so I decided to stop by and make an appointment for service on my 2015 LR4 and also make arrangements for a loaner car. My LR4 looks and runs like new with only 20k miles, so I was very proud of it and loved it more than my other newer vehicles. Unfortunately, I did not have a great purchase experience at Sewell LandRover North Austin. It started great - then after purchase (the same week) the check engine light came on and the RR had to go into the service dept for 2.5 days. Once I got it back and had it for around 3 days the check engine light retuned and had to go back to the service dept for a week.
