I’ve had an incredibly disappointing experience with Land Rover. I took my car in for an AC issue, and they didn’t even bother looking at it before throwing out outrageous service estimates — between $2,500 and $5,000! Right then, I started considering trading the car in for a new one, but here’s where it gets worse. They offered me a trade-in value that was 20% lower than the Kelly Blue Book (KBB) price, and to make things even more absurd, it was for their own brand!
