Always treated with respect and my Service Advisor, Diana is ALWAYS mindful of my time, willing to help and very knowledgeable of my vehicle, I don’t how she does it. The overall experience is what keeps me coming back, even though this time, the part to complete my service is still on back order with NO ETA and that sucks!!
I took my son's 2016 Infiniti there for maintenance, and then had to leave it there for more repairs. Even though we didn't buy the vehicle from there, they still allowed me to use a loaner. COMPLIMENTARY! Also, I have never experienced service so great as I did there. What really impressed me was the service mechanic recording a video and explaining everything to me.
