I have been a 4 time Sewell customer, and until this experience I was blown away with their customer service, not just in selling me a car but also backing it years later. Unfortunately that has not been the case with Gina Collins, and I no longer recommend an Infiniti and most definitely not with her lack of customer service. Go to GMC or Cadaillac, they still strive to meet the Sewell experience with the life of your vehicle!!!
