Nick was great. He was very knowledgeable and informative with respect to the vehicle.
I'll say my experiences at Sewell Infiniti are usually great, but I got an alignment last Friday 8/1/2025 and I must say it didn't meet the Sewell standard I've come to expect. I told them my vehicle was pulling left after the alignment its now pulling to the right. Not centered at all. I'm currently researching where to take my vehicle to get the alignment done right. For $200 Sewell let me down this time.
UPDATE: 8/5 It has now been over three weeks, and I still haven’t received any footage from when my vehicle was in their possession or resolution. In the meantime, I reached out to the Infiniti dealership where I live, and within less than 24 hours, the service manager responded and offered to repair my vehicle at no cost, in the good faith name of Infiniti.
