On September 13, 2024, **** picked up my 2014 F-150 for a recall service. My vehicle was functioning perfectly, and I scheduled this service purely as a preventative measure. Despite being more than happy to perform the service on this specific make, model, and year, the issues that have arisen since the service are severe. worst experience I have ever had!!!!Zero star ,,but had to pick 1 or else wouldn't let me submit. Yes the help as soon as you get there is great, got into a car right away and purchased the warranty because its a used car and expected I would need it down the road .Was excited because i could work on my credit but that feeling went away quick had issues with car 3weeks in and got that fixed or so i thought. I have attempted to buy from this dealer 3 separate times. First time I was presented a false car faxs saying my vehicle was in an all 4 sides collision which was false after pulling my own. Management did not car one bit after I called them out on it. Second time I actually purchased a vehicle since it was the only one I could find that meet my needs. I hate doing this stuff but here we are. This is the first time I have ever been compelled to write a bad review at age 34. I called three weeks (mid April 2021) ago to purchase a car I found online. The salesman told me it was going through service and that it was set aside for me. Went through the application process and everything was set.
